The planning process for the new elementary school to be located in the northwest parking of Thomas Jefferson is continuing with the Second Joint Meeting of Arlington County's Public Facilities Review Committee (PFRC) and Arlington Public Schools' (APS) Building Level Planning Committee (BLPC).
