Annual Membership Meeting
7:00 pm at Patrick Henry Elementary School
Please note, our annual AHCA meeting has been resdheduled to Tuesday, Feb 24. The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm with a potluck dinner, with the meeting starting around 7:40 pm, and will take place at Patrick Henry Elementary School; in case of inclement weather requiring closing of the school, Jay Wind has graciously offered to host the meeting in his home.
I will provide additional information on the agenda as the meeting approaches. Unfortunately, Ms. Morroy is unable to join us on that day but will join us at a later meeting. As our annual meeting is where we hold elections, we did need to reschedule to a day where all nominees would be available and unfortunately the available date did not work with Ms. Morroy's schedule.
While I have some alternate speakers in mind, if anyone has suggestions for a speak or topic they would like learn more about, please email me and I will try to arrange for a speaker on that topic. As the annual meeting is an opportunity for planning for the year, the primary focus of the meeting will be on association business and as such we would like to conclude the meeting by 8:30 so will only be scheduling one speaker.
Please remember, our dues are calendar year and our year began again January 1, 2004. Only members in good standing are eligible to vote for our slate of officers and to introduce non NCAC motions at a AHCA meeting. If you have not yet paid your dues, please contact Bob Dannemiller, or you may pay at the annual meeting. Thanks very much, looking forward to seeing you in hopefully better weather!

AHCA annual meeting postponed!
Due to inclement weather, Arlington schools are closed for the day (Tuesday, January 27 2004); as such, we will not be able to use Patrick Henry for our scheduled annual meeting and will need to reschedule. I am working with our officers and invited speaker, Ms. Ingrid Morroy, to lock down an alternate date.
